K-ROO Radio is a student-run multimedia organization that aims to provide University of Missouri – Kansas City students and organizations, as well as the Kansas City community, with quality entertainment and information. Through radio, the Internet, and live events, K-ROO provides UMKC students and organizations with a speaking a platform and local artists and businesses with a promotional outlet that will reach a worldwide audience.
K-ROO Radio aims to be a staple at UMKC and in the Kansas City community. Students at UMKC, the Kansas City community, and people beyond will turn to K-ROO for entertainment and information about news and school/local events. Local artists and businesses will find K-ROO Media to be a great channel to get their message and product out to the masses.
